Quote from Glitter Rose...

"I'm honored that my song "Sad Day For Love" will be a part of the film, Unmask the Pain (not sure of the actual title).  I feel that this film will empower women around the world to stand up and break free of abuse and manipulation.  Patty McCall has written an inspirational book, expressing her own pain and suffering, and revealing her vulnerabilities, telling her story in a way other women can relate to and feel a connection with her.  Patty went through a real life tragedy and overcame, and I feel many more will be able to find their strength because of her story."

Nadia Marie Talley - Singer/Songwriter
Nadia Marie Talley will be performing her original song "Unmasking The Pain" (Behind Closed Doors) which will be apart of the film. Written and produced by 61is1 Sessions (Production Co): Bob McBride - (Publisher/Composer/Writer/Performer), Norm Pussehl - (Composer/Performer) and Kate Pussehl - (Composer/Performer).

About the P.A.I.N. Foundation:
January 2009 Patty McCall and Lisa Ann Vombrack formed a Non- Profit Organization called the "P.A.I.N. Foundation", (Prevention, Awareness In Neighborhoods Against Child Abuse and Domestic Violence).

The P.A.I.N. Foundation is focused on the prevention and awareness of domestic violence against Women and children. Domestic violence is on the rise, some attribute it to the economy. It becomes a terrible cycle that spirals downward until the climatic destruction of a human being occurs. Lives are shattered and souls are lost, children witness this and they develop behaviors that continue the cycle. Bullying becomes acceptable behavior and more lives become negatively affected. P.A.I.N. Foundation seeks to educate children and teens on ending the cycle and leading more positive and loving relationships. Let us build a better tomorrow for our children and build a safer today. Use the tools we have, love, respect and ongoing education.

Once a year Patty McCall and Lisa Ann Vombrack are honored to present the "PAIN AWARDS" for the Best Domestic Violence Awareness Short Film, Best Documentary, Best Feature, Best Song and Best Script at the Bare Bones Film Festival in Oklahoma. They have currently produced  two short films. Most recent, shot in Los Angeles, is the short "UNSEEN HANDS." Directed by Don Johns. There are plans  to develop this project as well. This short was made for educational purposes and plans to help others...It is an integral part of our journey that the PAIN Foundation promotes.....Journey 2 H.O.P.E. "Heal, Overcome, Prevent, Empower."

Journey 2 H.O.P.E.
P.A.I.N. added another dimension to the foundation when Journey Coaching and Counseling Services came along side to provide licensed therapist for victims and their families to receive the healing that they need. P.A.I.N. also works with Journey in providing group therapy sessions for victims in the military. Another great advocate against domestic violence and child abuse has also teamed up with P.A.I.N. and Journey, Tanya Brown, the sister of Nicole Brown Simpson. This team of advocates has made it even more possible for the victims of domestic violence and child abuse to begin their Journey 2 H.O.P.E.

"Heal, Overcome, Prevent, Empower."
Patty McCall: Producer, Actress & Author of "Unmasking The Pain Within", based on her true story.

Synopsis from the back of the book:
"The P.A.I.N. Foundation" evolved from the book, "UNMASKING THE PAIN WITHIN" (One Woman's Journey through Deceit, Manipulation & Marital Abuse).
You never know what is hidden under a beautiful mask. On the outside, this family appeared to have the American dream.but behind the doors of the eight-acre estate were broken promises, lies, and deception. Patty was a devoted wife and loving mother of three that kept the pain within from her children and hid the shame of abuse from the small town they lived in and where her husband had grown up. Through her courage and spiritual guidance she maintained a convincing mask of peace for the world to see.

Patty made guest appearances on various talk shows and radio promoting the book...but most important expressing the importance of shelters for safety....most people forget or don't reach out. The awareness is very important to the journey...

Patty McCall,  Lisa Ann Vombrack and Carmen Betancourt are currently in pre-production for the feature film, " Unmasking The Pain Within."
